After many wonderful years running Cloveroak Wills and Estate Planning Ltd, I’m pleased to share some exciting news about the next chapter.

I am now offering the same trusted, professional will writing and estate planning services, but in a new role as an Estate Planning Consultant for A.R.T Wills Ltd.

This change means that you will continue to receive the same high level of personal service, care, and expertise that you have always known me for, just under the umbrella of a larger, well-established firm.

Who are A.R.T Wills?
A.R.T Will was founded over 27 years ago by Sue Ioannou, a leading expert in Wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and estate planning. The firm provides clear, professional advice on all aspects of estate planning, including Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax, and Income Tax—for both personal and trust matters.

As Vice Chair and Head of Training at the Institute of Professional Willwriters, Sue plays a key role in shaping standards and education within the Wills and Probate industry. Her background includes over 15 years with the Probate Service, where she served as Manager of the London Probate Office (1992–2002) and later as Training Manager (2002–2007).
​
Sue is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Chartered Management Institute, and she has authored several publications for the Institute of Professional Willwriters.

With her depth of experience, professional integrity, and passion for helping others plan for the future, Sue ensures that you, your family, and your legacy are in safe hands.
